Step 7: Left hand on the lap, right hand on the forehead

"I Forgive Everyone,

I Forgive Myself"

Step 1: Left hand on the lap, right hand on the heart

"Am I the Spirit"

Step 2: Left hand on the lap, right hand on upper part of the stomach 

"Am I My Own Master"

Step 3: Left hand on the lap, right hand on the lower part of the stomach

"Please Give Me Pure Knowledge"

Step 4: Left hand on the lap, right hand on the upper part of the stomach

"I Am My Own Master"

Step 5: Left hand on the lap, right hand on the heart

"I Am The Spirit"

Step 6: Left hand on the lap, right hand on left side of the neck and turn the face to the right

"I Am Not Guilty"

Step 8: Left hand on the lap, right hand at the back of the head

"Forgive Me If I Have Done Anything Wrong"

Step 9: Place right palm on the top of the head, press hard & slowly rotate the scalp clockwise

"Please Give Me My Self-Realisation/Meditative State"
